This Privacy Policy explains how MarketGrowth CX LLC, doing business as DirectCare ("DirectCare," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit directcarehq.com (the "Site"), request a consultation, or purchase a digital product.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. When you engage our consulting services we may collect additional business contact and facility information you choose to share.
- Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details directly; we never receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the purchase and basic order details (name, email, item, amount).
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps for security and performance purposes.
- Analytics information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects pages viewed, time on page, the site or search that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information, using cookies and similar technologies. We review this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.
- Preferences. The Site stores your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI). Our forms are for business inquiries only. Do not include resident, patient, or client health information in any form submission or email. DirectCare is a business consultant and is not acting as a HIPAA covered entity through this Site.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to consultation requests and communicate with you about services.
- To deliver digital products you purchase and provide related support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure and analyze Site traffic and usage so we can improve the Site and our content.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Web3Forms — delivery of form submissions to our email
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Site traffic and usage measurement (Google Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts — font delivery (your browser requests font files from Google's servers)
- Our website hosting provider — serving the Site and standard server logs
4. Cookies
The Site uses Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) to measure traffic and understand how the Site is used. These cookies distinguish one visitor from another and record how visitors move through the Site. We do not use them for advertising, we do not use them to build advertising audiences, and we do not use them to track you across other websites.
Stripe may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing when you use the checkout. Your browser's local storage is used only for your theme preference and stays on your device.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the Site, submit the consultation form, or complete a purchase.
5. Data Retention
We retain consultation inquiries and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Purchase records are retained as required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email support@marketgrowth.io with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
